TEXA ADAS

TEXA offers a comprehensive suite of Advanced Driver Assistance Systems (ADAS) calibration tools designed for multi-brand workshops, body shops, and glass specialists. These tools ensure precise calibration of vehicle safety systems like cameras, radars, LIDARs, and sensors, which is essential after procedures such as windscreen or bumper replacements, suspension repairs, or wheel alignments.

Key Components of TEXA's ADAS Equipment

RCCS 3 (Radar and Camera Calibration System)

The RCCS 3 is TEXA’s flagship calibration system, available in two versions:

  • RCCS 3 with Monitor: Features a 75-inch 4K HD screen that displays digital calibration targets at a 1:1 scale, ensuring accurate representation without distortion. This digital approach saves workshop space by eliminating the need for multiple physical panels.

  • RCCS 3 with Panels: Utilizes physical calibration panels for technicians who prefer traditional methods.

Both versions are compatible with TEXA's IDC5 diagnostic software, which provides step-by-step guidance tailored to specific vehicle makes and models. The systems also support precise alignment through features like electric height adjustment, laser levels, and optional CCD electronic detectors for toe and thrust angle checks.

    CCS 2 Dynamics

This portable solution is designed for calibrating front-facing cameras on cars, light commercial vehicles, and heavy-duty trucks. It offers flexibility with configurations for both CAR and TRUCK environments and includes Bluetooth distance measurers that communicate directly with the IDC6 software to ensure correct positioning.

    Accessories and Features

    • ACS (All Around Calibration System): Calibrates 360° cameras and Doppler systems, particularly for VAG Group vehicles.

    • Doppler Simulator: Essential for calibrating blind spot radars in vehicles from manufacturers like Mazda and the VAG Group.

    • IR Calibration Target and Night Vision System: Facilitates calibration of infrared cameras, crucial for night vision systems in certain Mercedes and VAG Group models.

    • Blind Spot Radar Reflector: Used for calibrating ultrasonic radars in various makes, including Hyundai, Honda, Kia, Lexus, Mazda, Mitsubishi, Subaru, and Toyota.

    • 360° Mats: Designed for calibrating 360° vision systems in Toyota, Lexus, Scion, and Suzuki vehicles.

Software Integration

TEXA's IDC5 and IDC6 diagnostic software platforms are integral to the calibration process, offering:

Vehicle-specific calibration procedures with detailed instructions.

Guided alignment processes using Bluetooth-connected measuring devices.
